PRIME BJJ LIFESTYLE PROGRAM - 9 MONTHS
(ADULTS AND 40+)

This program was developed for adults of all ages and backgrounds, offering a safe, progressive, and intelligent pathway into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It is structured into three progressive phases: Adaptation, Balance, and Transformation.

Phase 1 - Adaptation
Building routine and consistency; technical fundamentals and basic defence; breathing, mobility, and body awareness.

Phase 2 - Balance
Improved conditioning and functional strength; increased focus and emotional control; introduction of healthier daily habits.

Phase 3 - Transformation
Consolidation of Jiu-Jitsu as a lifestyle; increased confidence and autonomy; physical and mental progression; symbolic completion ceremony.

After the 9 Months: Autonomy and Continuity
At the end of the 9-month cycle, students are physically and mentally prepared to train more frequently, including daily training if desired. They develop the ability to understand and respect personal limits, maintain consistency without overtraining, and feel stronger, more confident, and more balanced.
